Hi
I have a dvr pci card but my pc can not identify the model or the device.
is it possible to find drivers and software to install it, so i can run again my surveillance system?
i do not know the model or manufacturer of the card but i can give you this information:
Xilinx spartan xc2s150
TechWell TW99
EtronTech em637327q-6
s/n 0803ab4700059
and icap1603 rev1.2
the model of the system that it was intalled is digiquard 3008
please help

Xilinx appears to be a chip manufacturer of programmable chips. No help there.
Techwell is a security system manufacturer. This is probably where you want to look: http://www.techwellinc.com/products/products.html I didn't get anywhere with 'TW99' but you might email them with your information. They do list models starting with the 'TW99...' numbers.
Those type of boards can be difficult to find information about or drivers for. They are usually custom made by small companies in China to specifications from the distributor.
In the US, most video type cards also have a FCC number on the underside and that can often be used to locate a manufacturer.
