    I have this movie which is in .bin format I used vcdgear to extract it to a .mpeg using option CD-i subtitle to SRT/sub format but where are the subs now and how do I find them and add to movie

    First, figure out if it's SVCD or VCD. VCD has no selectable subtitles, hardsubs only. Read the specs on upper left.

    Even if it is SVCD subtitles can be permanent. To check this you can load the mpg in VDubMod - if you see the subs they are part of the frames, if you don'tz see them they are selectable.
    I think there isn't any tool that can rip selectable subs from SVCD.
