  1. I would like to get an opinion on the nest video capture software from source TV, cable and composite

Please inform me whether such software has a scheduler or not as i do a lot of scheduled recordings when i am away at work

I have a fast processor and sufficient disk space and RAM so quality though resource heavy applications do not matter

    Thank you

I use beyondtv. It has a scheduler but unfortunetly is a pay prog. You can try the demo of it. Another is gb-pvr, its free. The best thing to do is goto tools->capture, and see what captures in mpeg with a sched. Not every prog works well with every card.
