  1. It isn't a major problem, but there is a little issue that I have with vob2mpeg that I just would like to report.

I use vob2mpeg to rip DVD Recorder captures to my PC. When I first point vob2mpeg to the DVD and the destination folder, and press Start, I immediately get this:

I will then press ok and start the process again. This time there will be no problem.
As in the photo, I am using version 2.2.

Excellent and very useful program by the way.

Mmm. Do you get a log generated after the first "start"? (logs are in the logs folder under where you installed VOB2MPG

  3. I wasn't sure which one it was because I used the program since I took the screen capture, so I did the process again.

I believe that this is the log:

Not much to see from the log. Can you try the latest version http://software.badgerit.com/Releases/VOB2MPGv2_3.zip

    (can't remember what the difference is between 2.2 & 2.3 ...)

  5. Same thing is happening, but not much else to shed any light on it. I wonder if this is a particular quirk because of my PC.

  8. Yes, this behaves in the same way. First attempt throws up the same as in the screen capture and the second attempt works fine.
