    I have a number of AVI files (originally from VHS home movies) that have Date/Time and Tape Remaining indicators that I would like to have removed. I've seen comments in this forum for several products but was wondering which would be the best for my situation. The markings to be removed are solid white with a black boarder.

    Any suggestions... thks

    There are a couple of ways.

    The Delogo filter for virtualdub , or Puremotion's Editstudio 5.
