    Hello,

I recently bought a new computer with a clean installation of Windows XP Home sp2. The computer is a dualcore 2.4 Intel

Installation of svcd2dvd also went fine. I went online to register, no problem at all.

However, the first time i wanted to use it, it did not work and still does not work.

when i want to start it up, I see (using task manager) that the process is starting but then, after a few seconds, it stops again without any notice.

I tried starting up the demo and register again but I now have the "limit reached" notification.

To try to solve the problem I did a re-installation. I now get stuck at the registration process. Apperantly the licence key does not recognize this is the same computer ?

Any idea what might be the best way to solve this problem ? It looks like the licenceses need to be reset but did the "not starting up" also have to do with this ?

    Greetings,

    Henri

    ps: message send to rerequest.

I however do not see it with software.... So i have no idea how to check....

  4. Go to "control panel" and see if it's listed under "add/remove programs".

    Yep, it's there.

Called Microsoft.net Framework, the hotfix (KB886903) and also the Dutch Language Pack.

    Hello,

The license count has been reset and I redid the registration. Now it works again. No problem with startup.

I can only think of 2 things that went wrong....

    1) At the end of the registration proces there are 2 buttons. One for "register" and another for "exit". Can it be that the first time i pressed "exit" ? I pressed register now.

    2) During installation of some other program something got messed up.

I have no idea but I am happy it works again. Alway's loved the software and as everyone can see help in the forum is alway's great.

    Thanks very much !!

    greetings
