The past year o have had 3 options when i boot of what OS to use and it only appears for like 2 seconds o i quickly have to select the bottom option....
How do i get rid of these and when i do get rid of them, how can i be sure im getting rid of the appropriate ones so i dont screw my windows up?
Thanks fellas.

This is set in the file boot.ini, probably in c:\
You can edit it directly in notepad, or you can use
msconfig (Start/run and type "msconfig")
In that you can see and change the timeout, and change the default OS.
