Anyone know a way of 'recording' or saving the flash animations from the web, so I can burn Video-DVD's of them to show to 'normal' non net attic friends of mine....
Plus also theres a hidden messages in some I know of, could freeze frame and read them on a DVD disc.
Any ideas, help much apericated.

You can use something like Camtasia, or simply get the url of the file, download it, then run it locally. If you right click on it, you can pause it(deselect play). It is not really necessary to convert them.

Open in your browser, eg Firefox, Click on file menu, Save Page as; the file will now be saved in flash format (swf).
PS. all I did was change the htm to swf and the saved file works.
