    That wasn't animated. It was just PIP (Picture in picture) manipulation over a generic background. Just about any advanced (and some basic) video editor can do this.
    Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

    You mean the letters manipulation and chart included? Which video editor would that be? Maybe people can list them here...

    Wow! Talk about not seeing the forest through the trees. My bad.

    It still could be done with Vegas, Ulead, etc. using keyframes and LOTS of patience, but you're right... there's probably an easier way.
