Why my tv show black and white picture when i try to play movie (movie on CD) in my dvd player.
    Movie is in AC3/XViD format.

I have this problem with many movies on my CD and DVD but not with all.

I have 20 movies on one dvd and 3 of them plays in colour and the rest in black/white (17).
Sometimes i can also watch other (17) movies on this DVD in colour.
(And how? - I must first choose the movie that plays in colour and then press skip to next movie ; sometimes work and sometimes doesnt work)
    Very strange.

    Does someone know why?

Original (buyed) DVD movies works allways fine (in colour).

Could be because of a bad PAL<>NTSC conversion. How do they play in a computer?

Sounds like a mixture of PAL and NTSC videos on the disc.

I have resolved this error. I have tried all buttons on my remote control.
I have pressed button I/P few times and now i can view all movies in colour.

    Thanks for reply.
