Try to use complete sentences. Try to not make so many typos and don't use kiddie net slang. Why? Because I cannot even remotely understand what you're asking.

ok when i laod it it asks if i want to demultiplex that option.. and then this window pops up saying Errors and Warning and says => cause cant read the file is in use => if the file is on dvd, try to unlock the drive => by playing the dvd with some software dvd player and then => Cause: Cant access the file => if such file exist check if it is not in use. and i even restarted my comp and then tried it.. but it still showed that..

Have you tried copying the mpeg files to your hard drive and making sure they aren't set to read only ?

This is a problem with the way you have the files, not with DVD Lab Pro

Did you rip the files using ISOBuster, or just copy them off the CD ? If you just copied the file, try using ISOBuster to extract the mpeg back to the correct format, then follow this tutorial http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/tutorial/svcd.html

mpeg on SVCD is not pure mpeg, but altered for the SVCD format. Most players will play it, but not all encoders will be happy. Try ripping it again, or try using different software. Give DivxtoDVD a go instead, if doing it the right way is too hard.
