Ok, at a lost here.. I've given up on sticky labels and want to try printing directly on printable DVDs.
Armed with Photoshop, PhotoImpact, an Epson R300 printer and proper blank DVDs.. how do I create my images for printing?
Do I need a template? what size end image to send to the printer, and better yet, how do I get the freaking printer to 'select photo' for printing?
Previously, I was using NERO label maker and printing to labels directly, this worked nicely.
But I'm at a loss how to do all this to the DVD directly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
(yes, I did a search on this but can't find anything)

Thanks M8, I installed the appropriate software that came with the printer and it's working OK.. nice! I just have to play around with the settings to get what I want out of it.. but the final results are quite nice! Lends a more professional touch to the finished product..Originally Posted by ashtones

If you are going to print on hub printable discs you will need to change the settings in the software for the diameter and center circle of the disc. Just a heads up.

Yes I seen that.. the disks I have (Vernbatim) doesn't print to the hub but the default Epson settings leaves a 1/4 inch bare spot.. Regardless, I wish I had gone to printable disks a long time ago. NICE quality..Originally Posted by ashtones

Thanks M8, I did some RTFM on the Epson disk printing proggy and found you can adjust the inner and outter diameter to make it print to very fine edge of the printable surface..Originally Posted by drjtech
