HI,
I'm working on our schools website, and have been given a couple of DVD that they would like to put on the website to stream of the website.
What's the best way to do this, converting over to I assume a avi or WMV file
Thanks

WMV, it's the most universal format you can use and it has a very high compression (providing you select it when encoding). You can use something like Divx for AVI but most people are not going to have the divx codec installed so they'll either have to install it or not view it.
The only real other choice is mpeg1, that doesn't compress with the same quality as much as WMV though.
