    Hello, i use WinTv 150 to capture and it works great,
    i been capturing audio from the local radio station using this
    card. The problem is that is being capture as a video file, then
    i have to extract the audio out. Is there anything i can use to capture
    the audio without having to go through the process of extracting the audio
    from the file...i just want to save it as a .wav or mp3.

    Total Recorder has a built-in scheduler that you can use to record at a certain time and save the file. This would probably be what you are looking for.
