Nero skips

I have a weird problem.
When I burn an audio disc with Nero I get a couple of skips. Always in exactly the same point on the first track.

I have tried reinstalling. I have tried different brands of media. I have tried an older version of Nero, I have tried a newer version of Nero, But they all skip at the same points.

BUT, if I burn with any other software, Cheetah etc the burn is fine.

Where should I be looking for the problem?

Not to be funny, but if your other burning program works fine then just stick to that!! I take it this only happens on audio cd's? If data and VCD/SVCD/DVD etc are fine, then no worries.

Thanks for the speedy reply. But I also get the skips with DVD burns
