changing audio from 44100mhz to 48000mhz

hi all if possible what is the quickest and easest way to change a mpeg video file from 25fps 44100mhz to 25fps 48000mhz all i need is the audio changing the video frame rate is fine just need the audio upped to burn to dvd without stripping it as i always mess that up lol must be something out there that can just change the audio without 12 hours of reencoding

1. TMPGEnc ->MPEG Tools->Simple Demux.
2.Import the audio to Audio Source then select Settings->convert.
3.MPEG Tools->Simple Multiplex.

Use ffmpeggui to convert.

You mean to tell me that FFmpegui can take a 41khz mp2 audio, and convert the samplerate to 48khz .AC3??

I never new that!!!
