I have a .dat file that I would like to burn to dvd. I've searched the forums but can't seem to find a straight answer on which program to use to burn the .dat file to dvd and how. Thanks.

the dat is probably a vcd. www.videohelp.com/vcddvdr , skip isobuster and try add the dat directly to tmpgenc dvd author or use vcdgear to convert to a mpg.

I have already extracted the mpegav file using Isobuster. Now I have the .dat file. What do I do with that. I'm not trying to be difficult, just new at this.
