I recieved the Sony DCR-DVD300 DVD Camcorder (the nasty one that records to miniDVD) as a wedding gift, guess I can't complain to much since it was free. Now I have a lot of 30min miniDVD and want to put them on a normal dvd. Is there any software out there that can combine the files (.vob/.bup/.inf....) together. What I've been doing is ripping them to the hard drive, converting them, rerender, then burn them to normal DVD. I was wondering if there is a joining software so I can cut out the converting/render steps. I understand that I will have to rip them to the hard drive first.
Thanks
Sir Malaki

DVDShrink can accpet .vob, .bup and.ifo files from a number of sources and combined them. You won't have any menu or anything but it will do it. Although it can shrink to make them fit if they are too big for a disc, you don't have to shrink them. I've successfully taken clips from 3 different DVDs and put them onto one.
