You could only burn it as data.

AFAIK no playback device supports RatDVD files - they're just for storing on your hard drive.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Sounds like someone downloaded a ratDVD file and doesn't know what to do with it ...

If you go to their website (link is in the tools section), it gives you a lot more information about what you can and can't do with ratDVD files
    If in doubt, Google it.

He means, he thinks you downloaded the file and now you do not know how to re expand it to full size.

Rat DVD is a cool utility that take a full 4+ gig DVD file and shrink it to their own proprietary format which CAN be viewed / played directly through the RAT DVD player portion of the prog. It can shrink DVDs to 1-3 to 1/4 of the original size retaining ALL the navigational structure of the original. You can store many more such files to you HD than in full size form, view the vovies in your PC at your leasure though RAT Dvd player or if you wish to burn a regular DVD of any of your Rat files, you can restore them back to their original form and burn with any program you normally use. I myself do not use for it does have some interesting features. If you have a rat file, you will need the program to be able to restore it.
