    Basically, I wish to keep the structure and convert all the contents to x264 if possible.
    Are there any "ratDVD"-like freeware tools out there, to do the same thing but with x264?

    does anyone know an other alternative to ratdvd. it should convert dvd to any mpeg4 with menus.

    any tool that does that?
