hey,
is there any possibilty that i can convert a 320x240 video into 720x576 without quality loss????

I really don't think so. IMO your best bet is to encode to 352x240. 320x240 isn't great resolution anyway so increasing it will more than likely just produce macroblocks.

I really never understood whether the quality is better at 720/586 than 320/240...
I have a 31" television and I can't see any big difference... -
