  1. im trying to convert a avi file to dvd but having problems.im using dvdsanta the problem is when i add the file the programme freezers up ive tryed different avi files but the same happens.is there a way to check the file, like a player or a different progamme i can try.thanks ,andy

    An easy to check a AVI file is to load it into VirtualDub. Then check for errors. It won't tell you everything, but VD usually finds basic errors with AVI files. AVIcodec and Gspot (latest versions) will also give you good information on a AVI file.
