    Hi there,

This is my first DVD Project. I used D.I.K.O., AVICodec and DVD-LAB PRO.

I download the original files (*.avi) with emule, separated audio and video with DIKO (following the instructions from https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=263309 ) into *.mpv and *.mp2 files. After creating the menus I compiled the project, but found out the audio must be delayed (voices come up much before the actual lips moving). I dont know, however, how many "ms". Because I dont want to try a bizillion times before I actually get it right, I ask you for help.

Is there an easier way of matching sound and picture (or an easy way of finding out the "ms"?

Here is my File Overview of Project

I haven't found one. Use a stopwatch/secondhand/timer to get as close as possible, then refine it

  3. Load your original avi files in GSpot. Look for the delay in the User Data or Container windows. p means positive, NG means negative. Good luck.

Thank you guys for the tips. I actually did something different. I started it all from scratch and miraculously nothing went wrong. The sound was in synch!!

I appreciate all the help and must say this is the best site for dvd projects on the web. However, there is something else I'd like to ask:

I got the charmed theme song and wish to use it in my menus, but all I can do is link the song to each separated menu. I.e., every time I change menus the song starts all over again. I wish it would keep playing till the end and only then restart, regardless of what menu I change to.

Is it possible to do so? How? Just so you know I use DVD LAB PRO 1.53.
