I have an audigy 2 oem sb0240 sound card and the newest drivers (SBA2_PCWDRV_LB_1_84_55-R1.exe) i try to install says theres no audigy 2 sound card installed,i e-mailed creative and they said "OEM products are not supported under the Retail driver download".

Anybody else with this same model oem audigy 2 have the same problem?I just want to know if its just my oem sound card being affected.

In case anybody has the same problem i have found the fix, what you do is search google for this item(ctcomp.exe) and extract the newest creative lab drivers into a folder with winrar or winzip and then open ctcomp.exe and point it to the driver folder you just created.

After the driver is patched then go into the driver folder and click on the setup.exe and install away.
