Womble saves the day, and quickly too !

"MPG has nav packs so S2D doesn't add chapters ?"

1st, I learned that S2D adds chapters somewhere else, not in the MPGs
that it leaves alone if they are found to have nav packs.

I had a 7-title project and 3 of the titles came out with the wrong number
of chapters - a lot less chapters than they should have had.

Turns out the problem was in the MPGs which had been extracted from a
DVD.

I ran the 3 MPGs thru Womble MPEG-VCR, then re-ran the S2D project.

Not only did the chapters come out fine, but an AV sync problem which had
gotten progressively worse throughout those 3 titles was 100% cured.

I followed the post by duhmez, July 4th, 2004 here:

Then, to save trouble deleting and re VTSing etc in the saved S2D project,
I replaced the problem MPGs in the project folder with the 3 Wombled
MPGs - keeping the names the same as in the original project .S2D file.
