Hello folks,
I am using a PlayTV Pro card with the alternative drivers to capture PAL-M video. I use to set the capturing framerate always to 29.97 , since PAL-M is 60Hz interlaced and my goal is always NTSC VCDs/SVCDs/DVDs.
Will I get a good result if I set the capturing framerate to 25fps to produce a PAL output? Or should I always stick with the 29.97 framarate?
Thank you very much,
Andy
