    i have install the lastest codec for DIVX 5.2.1. but i have a video div3 low motion and another div3 fast motion. non of my player is able to play. they are demanding a codec for it.

    No need to install DivX3.11alpha even if you are converting. If you are converting from DivX3 to something else, ffdshow can decode it and if you want to convert to DivX, ffdshow can encode it.
