Prolink PixelView PlayTV Pro Ultra Conexant CX23883(10-bit)
Asus TV FM Card - 7135 Philips 7135
Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert CX2388X(10 bit)
They all cost about $50 US
I live in the US .i just got a PAL VCR and want to use the capture card to watch and capture old PAL tapes.( just 5 or 6 tapes)
I know all of them are capable of doing both PAL and NTSC,but
i am not sure whether the maker disable PAL.
Can any of these capture PAL? Have anyone done it suceessfully with the card purchased in NTSC country?
If all of them can capture PAL, which one is better in term of
1) software provided with the card
2) software supported by the card
3)video quality
4) sound quality
5) CPU dependency
