How do I burn/convert the files I have downloaded?

I have some files I downloaded and I have no idea what to do with them. I thought I was downloading a tv series with in avi format but intead I have each episode in separate folders all as little winrar files with a sfv file in there too.

In the title it says they are a dvd rip and xvid but i basically just need to know what I can do with them. Am I meant to convert them to avi's? Or am I meant to burn them straight onto a dvd? If so, how can I do this? Any help will be gratefully received as I also have a pc game downloaded in this form and hopefully it will help for both!
