error starting V2

I have v1.5 & I tried to run v2 but everytime I try to start v2 (including the newest update I get an error saying
"application has generated an error that could not be handled"

& I click cancel to debug & get the no debugger found error
"registered JIT debugger is not available"
"cordbg.exe !a 0x18c"

I did get a error explanaition saying

is there anything I can do to make this work?

the first beta of V2 worked fine for me before but I don't get why it's not working now.....I love the fact that with V2 you can convert pal mpegs to ntsc....I wish that was availible in 1.5
