    looking at some software mpeg encoders how does power vcr 2 fare against the others??

    system specs are

    sempron 2400+ benches like an athlon xp 2000
    640mb PC2700 ram
    160gig 8mb hd
    winfast tv 2000 card with latest drivers no issues with it.
    win2000

    i am currently using the winfast PVR software it looks good when its adjusted properly but i want try out others before i make it my main program.

    how do i get 720x480 captures with power vcr 2 with no dropped frames is it possible on my system at all??

    is the picture quality better than winfast pvr??

    I did a half decent review of PowerVCR a while back. Did you check out the reviews?
