should i be worried about all those errors on my disc's?? the dvd was burned at 4x..if it matters.

and the disc got a quality rating of 17 points is that good or bad??

  2. That's not bad but Lite-On DVD-ROM's are notorious for wrong error reporting, use a DVD writer.

  3. DVD-ROMs are not the best choice for doing these tests, but they usually suffice. One thing you should do when you run these tests, run them at 4x instead of maximum, 4x is more or less the standard and will give you much more accurate results typically.

Here's an in depth description of how to interpret PI/PO tests like yours:

I use the same drive to test mine.
If you follow steve's suggestion to reduce the test speed, you will notice a dramatic improvement. I also suspect your max pif will not be 26 anymore, therefore your score will be better.

Do not pay too much attention to the final score, if you have one pif spike of 30 (I'm not sure the exact number), you have 0.
What's important is high pif area. This may indicate potential playback issues.

I would not worried about this test.
