Don't use DVD Lab to burn. Write the files to the hard drive, then use a burning app to burn the DVD. Much better plan.
    Read my blog here.

  3. I can only write in an ISO format..... what proggy will allow me to burn that... and be able to use on any dvd player?

  4. Huh? DVDLab does not put out ISO format...
Compile the project to your hard drive, then burn with any dvd video burning app.
    I'm confused.

Not sure why you say you can only output an image file, but you can use Nero to burn the .IMG to disc. Just select "All files" to select the .IMG file, and burn as a foreign image. Also DVD Decrypter will work.

  7. Nero will burn an IMG file, but if the image contents are not a dvd compliant video, it won't play.
I'm still confused, DVDLab doesn't put out IMG any more than it puts out ISO.
Just compile the dvd, and use Nero to burn "DVD Video" from it's templates.

Edit: Wait...I think I have it now...you have no idea that DVDLab is a dvd authoring application, and you've downloaded ISO's and IMG's and can't figure out how to burn them.
    If this is the case;
1.) You shouldn't be downloading illegal content.
2.) If it is legal, then you need to read up on burning ISO's and IMG's.
3.) This thread is in the totally wrong forum.
    4.) If I'm wrong, I apologise.
5.) We're going to need a LOT more information about these "videos" in order to help you properly.

Beg to differ, DVDLab DOES output a .img file when you write an image with the built in recorder module.

Yep, I've created Disc Image files and burned them with DVDDecrypter, just for fun

  10. Safesurfer. Yes, I know that
I was sorta making a point to the OP (#2 above)...
If he's getting the .img out of dvdlab, then he needs to learn how to burn one of those, or stop using the recording plugin, and just make the dvd structure files, and learn how to burn them.
Either way, this isn't a dvdlab/authoring question, nor a newbie conversion question, it's a burning question.
Personally, I find it a waste of time to make .img.

    I hear you

I'm still not sure what this person is trying to do either.
