    Convert to mpeg....you may just be able to rename them .mpg. Otherwise rip them with DVD Deccrypter. Import into editor, output as mpeg or author to disc.

    Make sure you use the same video setting as the original or a editing/authoring tool that doesn't convert compliant files so you won't have to rencode providing all the the source files are the same format.

    Why would you like to do that, is the question...
    The coalman is correct tho - you should extract the m2v video and ac3/lpcm/mp2 audio track(s), join those separately, and finally multiplex back as mpg. ReJig is good (and easy to use) at demuxing VOBs

    I've done this with mpeg-vcr. Just load the vobs into a clip list then save as a new mpeg.
