I've made a 30 minute collection of music videos and added my own chiron in iMovie.

In it's completed state things play perfectly on my computer.

When burned to DVD with my Lacie drive - there's a slight (pop) audio glitch when the chiron goes off. Let me clarify - Text comes on at bottom of video and when it goes off you can hear a little "click" and then the audio's not ligning up with the video.

After about 3 videos things look like &*@^ and the wierdest part is that it looks like the problem occurs between the burning phase.

any suggestions?
