Hey guys,
I have a .mpg file that i am trying to convert to DVD using ConvertXtoDVD, when i check the final output the audio and video are out of sync (about 5mins into the clip) when playing the file before conversion i notice that there seems to be some sort of glitch/problem within the frame, in other words it goes all pixelated then back to normal and this seems to be where the audio/video problem occours, I have tried convert the file using TMPGEnc Xpress but it seems to pick up the same problem.
Could you guys possibly give me some suggestions of what i could do to sort the file, if it comes to it i have quite happy to remove the sections that cause the problem but only as a final option (thats if there are other options, LOL)
Thanks!

When I get stuff like that, I split the audio at the problem place (using HeadAC3he) and fix the synch problem by adding silence or cutting audio, using DelayCut. I rejoin the audio at authoring time, in Muxman. If I have the pixelation for a few frames, I'll also get rid of it by doing a freezeframe in AviSynth to duplicate the last (and maybe next) good frame. Since you're not doing the encoding yourself, but in an all-in-one app, this may not be at all helpful. But maybe it'll give you an incentive to teach yourself how to encode for DVD.
