Modify recorded dvd's on dvd recorder

I recorded tv programs with my dvd recorder and now i want to
cut the commercial breaks out of these programs, how can I do this??

You need to extract the video then use an editor, there's tons of tools and guides to learn how to do this that can be found to the left under the tolls and guides section.
