I don't know if this is a common problem but after searching quite a while I can't find any info on it.
I am running Windows 2000 and have recently installed a Sony DRU 710A into my setup.
It is burning okay, but ever since putting it into my computer I am getting random crashes, whereby the screen all of a sudden goes black, then a blue POST BIOS screen is displayed with lots of hex refs and it states "Contact your administrator", and then around 1 second later the computer reboots itself.
Its very frustrating, as it would appear to be totally random and not occurring with any particular program, and even happening at times when the Sony DRU 710A is not even in use!
Can anyone please help?
