I've been using Tmpgenc for a couple of years now with no issues...though lately, when ever I try to encode a DV-AVI file , all I get is the audio...and it takes no time...versus taking forever and getting the video. None of my settings have change dthat I can see...so I don't know what is causing this anomoly. Any help?

I'm using a p4 3.0 with 1024mb of ram...and Premier Elements as my Video Editor.

    Thanks again!!!

Done anything to your DV codec(s) lately ?

Maybe changed the environmental settings priorities ?

Are you using the wizard ?

Do you get any error messages ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

I got it working....I changed the environmental settings...and increased the priority of the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader...it seemed to work fine..
