  1. I only want to cut off DVD's extra like FBI Warning etc. but I need to keep the original menu & subtitle.

  2. Check out tools like TitleSet Blanker and VOB Blanker. If I'm not mistaken they let you replace unwanted titles with short blank cells, which is effectively cutting them out while retaining (most of) the structure of the original DVD.

These tools may not work for all situations though. For example, when an FBI warning is actually a cell in the main movie PGC.

VOBBlanker or titlesetblanker would be my recommendations.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    - If you want to reclaim the space of the stuff you don't want, use vobblanker and blank out whatever stuff you don't like. You can also use titlesetblanker or pgcedit if it's a whole titleset. If it's only part of a title then you have to use vobblanker, but then it will take a little while (because the whole VOB file has to be rewritten).
    - If you don't care about the space (for example to remove a short FBI warning), you can just use PgcEdit and it'll be instantaneous. I've written a guide about that.
    - You can also kill playback in IfoEdit, but in my opinion, that's more work and it's a bit more tricky. PgcEdit does it for you, and it does it well so that's what I would use.

That's true for titlesetblanker (which can only blank out a whole titleset). But vobblanker can cut down to the cell level, and even inside a cell, while keeping the rest of the DVD absolutely intact. This gives you a lot of control over what you want to keep/discard. The only drawback is that it isn't instantaneous (depending on the size of the VOB file, it can take 2 to 10 minutes)...
