What do you thik is best for capturing from VHS-VCR to an analog capture Phillips 713X card? A cable from Scart to Composite or from Composite to Composite? Significant difference or unoticable?

There shouldn't be any difference in quality. Scart can carry composite, s-video and RGB in and out.
