    Can i increase the audio of an avi file?

    You could separate the audio and video tracks. If the audio track is AIFF or PCM you can use a sound editing application such as Sound Studio to normalize the audio (adjust it volume). Then put the audio track back with the video.

    Pretty sure in QT pro you can hit Apple-J select the sound track and adjust the volume.

    However once you do, then exit the file, QuickTime will ask you to save the file. Doing so will wrap your DivX inside a MOV container. Most people dont want that to happen.

    Was under the assumtion the only thing that changed was the extention that you could easily change back to AVI. No?

    I found it in quicktime but i can only once edit the volume and save.
    I need it to do many more times because the audio signal is verry week.
    Any sugestions?
