Is this intended behaviour, that the ifo entries for VCD-source material have chosen options MPEG-2 and VBR?
Presently I use ifoedit to correct them manually to MPEG-1, CBR.
On one of my standalone DVD players the "MPEG-2" plays only on the top half of the television screen, thus distorted.
My other DVD-Player plays both settings just fine.
