Making a menu?

I want to burn two dvd's to one disc but every time i do it i have to skip through the first movie to get to the second one. How can i make a menu at the start to chose what movie i want to watch first?

What programs and method are you using to make your disk? I can tell you how I would do it but it may not help if you use some other program.

i have DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink 3.2 and use nero to burn it onto disc

Personally, after using DVDShrink (ripping movie only) I would use TMPGEnc DVD Author and input each movie as a new track using the "add DVD video" button. Each track will be an item on the main menu, you can also add chapters if you want.
