Vobsub Mux Mess Up

Hey I accidentally muxed a movie file with a sub file and the end result is a 2 minute sound file when opened with a movie player.

Ju-on.avi
Ju-on.srt

I havent used vobsub in a while but I thought all I had to do was install it and then like magic when I opened the avi then the subs would play. But they didnt so I muxed them (it seemed like the right thing to do, heh heh)... now my 697mb .avi has turned into a 2 min sound file... The media player said that no video stream was present.

Does anyone know how I can undo this or get my movie back?
