New Windows XP pc won't burn vcd's! HelP!

I got this new pc with a dvd and cd-r drive. I'm able to rip dvd's and convert them but, I can't get Nero 5.5.5.1 or VOB InstantCD+DVD to work. They act like they're burning and say session is complete, but the disc remains blank (and not just for vcd's but everything I burn). The built in burning program is the ony one I ever got working! Please help!

This happened to me as well after upgrading my computer to XP. If you do a sreach at http://www.google.com and put in Nero and ASPI you will find many people with the same problem. If ended up fixing it after copying winaspi.dll into the Nero folder.
