I recently bought a 50 pack of CD sleeve pages from RIMA.com:

    http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=R&Product_Code=6128&Category_Code=A

They need an "oversized" binder to contain them. Since then, I have looked for this size binder all over and have yet to find it. I have been to Staples, Best Buy, Rite Aid, and other stores with stationery. These oversized binders are so hard to find apparently. Anybody can point me in the right direction?

I noticed this when I looked at your item:
Binder holes line up with any standard 3 ring binder( spacing 4 1/4" center to center)
Width of pages will extend beyond standard binder, requiring 'oversized' binder to fully contain them
So type "Oversized 3-ring binder" in your search engine.
    Hello.

Since the last post, I have been to every imaginable local store that carries binders or CD wallets; Best Buy, Office Depot, J&R and many more.

I ordered RIMA's special oversized binder when they came out:

    http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=R&Product_Code=6305&C...gory_Code=CDBD

These are not terrible but I don't like them too much. They have weak rings that gap and a stupid carrying handle on the back that prevents you from laying the thing flat. I would try to return it if not for that fact shipping it would probably cost as much as the binder and also the hassle.

I have found myself using my "undersized" Staples binder more and more because they are easier. If only they were a few inches wider!

Has anyone been able to find oversized BINDERS. Not special CD wallets or the like. Just regular for-paper binders that are a few inches wider. These would be ideal as long as the rings are not too large.

  4. I have the RIMA sleeves too, in a standard binder from Sams Club. Many people have complained about how they stick out. I don't find it too annoying, but here's the solution I came up with and ordered yesterday. Damn cheap online for what it is. Not the best in it's field but better than a binder.

Best of Luck finding a binder that works. If you do, please report back.

    Thanks,

Even your solution doesn't work for me because I need them to be portable.

And I REALLY, REALLY like the RIMA sleeves. They are the best I have ever used and I have practically ordered myself a lifetime supply. I just can't believe there are no large square binders out there.

  6. I am not sure of their binder sizes but you might want to have a look at www.univenture.com
No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space.
