  1. Hi everyone,

Just curious -- I've been using tyvek sleeves with windows to store my printable discs. While I like them OK, the tyvek material gets beaten up pretty easily if I'm not careful; the the flaps drive me crazy! But I can't seem to find any tyvek windowed sleeves without flaps.

I just saw some "CPP Clear Plastic Sleeves" that Meritline is selling -- has anyone tried these before? Are these safe for inkjet printable surfaces? I don't want the prints to get lifted by the facing.

I like to stay with the sleeve method because everything else just takes up too much room. Any thoughts? If there are other better sleeves out there, I'd appreciate a link.

    Thanks in advance!

If tyvek isn't "rugged" enough for you, you might want to check out:

I buy these by the hundreds. In one of these, a disk is virtually indestructable.

  3. Tyvek is fine most of the time -- it's just not perfect because of the reasons I described in my original post. I suppose if I can find tyvek sleeves with windows but no flaps I'll be happy. I did some search around, but for some reason most media sellers don't sell no-flap windowed tyvek sleeves -- and those that do charge a lot.

So if anyone knows where I can buy tyvek sleeves with windows, but no flap -- inexpensively, please -- please let me know.

    Thanks again in advance.
