  1. usually it take only 1-1 1/2 hour to convert a video but now it take almost 4 hours...i don't know why is it so slow...may i accidentally did something wrong but it really slow...any know what happen and please help me...

    Did you change any settings? Did you perhaps select noise filtering, 2-pass VBR or highest motion search precision?

  3. i did select highest motion search precision...but before with that selected it only take 2 hour to do a movie...and i try select normal and it still take 4 hour to do a moive... so i don't think that was it....and everything else u mention i already check...i didn't change anything...thank you for helping..u have anymore suggestion???

    Could be a lot of reasons,virus,pio mode instead of udma,too many programs running in the background,cpu running at the wrong speed,tmpgenc went bad,uninstall and reinstall,movie is twice as long,brother swapped his motherboard with yours, yada blah blah...

    Re. Highest motion search precision:
    Most people cannot tell the difference between high and highest. Stick with high and you'll be fine. Personally I use motion search estimate and it looks good to me.
