Read a post here about a program called process explorer that shows what programs are using computer memory and loaded it. When i ran it, it showed lxdvamon.exe ( 95 to 99%) was being used by something called Printer Card Transfer Monitor. Anyone know what that is and how i can get rid of it?

Kill it from Task Manager. See what happens.
